We ship to the 48 contiguous states using UPS. 

All orders using Dogwood fabrics and paint colors will ship within 2 weeks unless you are notified that a fabric is backordered or there is another reason for delay. If for some reason we are not able to fulfill your order within 2 weeks, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.You will receive a tracking info link upon payment to check the shipment's status.Custom fabrics and/or paint colors may take longer to fulfill depending on the selection - approximate timing will be provided after determining availability, etc. 

Orders ship from Oyster Bay, Long Island. If you are in the area, you’re welcome to pick up your order! Please contact us to coordinate.  

Because of the box size that the large size ships in, it is considered an oversize package by UPS and automatically receives a surcharge. That being said, the size of the bed means that it is a substantial piece of furniture for your home and that the shipping price is in line with what you would pay to ship a chair or a small table, for example.

Check out the size guide which lists the recommended size based on your dog’s weight and breed. If you still aren’t sure, feel free to drop us a line with some photos of your dog and we’d be happy to offer our thoughts! 

We love working with COM. Send us a note and let us know what size bed and your fabric details and we’ll get back to you on yardage needed and where to ship it.We are also able to order “to the trade” fabrics for you. Please contact for more details. 

Yes - but we only use Benjamin Moore on the painted baskets. If your desired color is not from Benjamin Moore, we recommend going to your local paint store and they can create a match for you.The standard finish is High Gloss but if you’d like a different finish please let us know and we’d be happy to accommodate.  

Yes! The baskets are sprayed in a low VOC, waterborne paint. It has the application and performance of traditional oil paint but in a waterborne formula so it cures to a hard, durable finish.

White is Benjamin Moore White Dove (OC-17)

Navy is Benjamin Moore Old Navy (2063-10) 

Black is Benjamin Moore Black (2132-10) 

All fabrics have been tested for abrasion and durability and are a minimum of 9,000 double rubs, meaning they are the durability of a fabric you would use for a sofa or pillow at your home. 

To prevent dust, dirt, and pet hair accumulation, we recommend regular vacuuming or brushing of your cushion cover. Your cover should only be cleaned with dry solvent based cleaners, so you should bring it to the dry cleaner if it needs a more thorough cleaning. If your dog is a “Pigpen”, some fabrics have stain and water repellent qualities, take a look through the Fabrics & Care page you will find details there. We also recommend using Scotchguard Fabric & Upholstery Blocker. Click here to buy it on Home Depot’s website. 

Inserts are made of a premium quality poly-fiber. They were designed to have the look and feel of a down pillow.
